Celebrating What God Is Doing in Denmark

On Saturday, 8th August, worshippers, musicians, and Christian artists from different backgrounds gathered in Copenhagen for a special day of worship, fellowship, and celebration. The event was hosted by a growing international church community and became a beautiful testimony of God’s work among His people in Denmark.
From the moment people arrived, there was a sense of joy and expectation. Believers from different nations came together with one purpose: to worship Jesus and celebrate His faithfulness.
Throughout the day, the church was filled with live worship music, heartfelt praise, joyful dancing, and expressions of gratitude to God. It was inspiring to see people from different cultures and generations united in worship. Languages may have been different, but our faith and purpose were the same.
One of the most encouraging aspects of the event was witnessing how God is moving through worship ministries across Denmark. New leaders are being raised up, churches are working together, and musicians are using their gifts to glorify God and reach people with the Gospel.
The atmosphere was full of life, celebration, and genuine fellowship. Between worship sessions, people shared meals together, met new friends, exchanged testimonies, and encouraged one another in their faith. These moments reminded us that the Church is more than a building or a service—it is a family united by Christ.
Several members from Lighthouse Odense Community Church were honoured to participate in the event. Our team served in different roles, including worship leadership, sound engineering, photography, and content creation. We wanted to capture what God was doing and bring this encouraging testimony back to Odense.
For us, these events are about more than attending a concert or gathering. They are opportunities to learn, grow, and strengthen our ministry teams. By serving alongside other churches and ministries, we gain valuable experience, develop our gifts, and discover new ways to serve our community.
Our prayer is that the passion, joy, and unity we witnessed in Copenhagen will ignite a fresh fire in the hearts of people in Odense. We want to see more people worshipping God, more believers serving together, and more lives transformed by the love of Jesus Christ.
As we looked around the room filled with worshippers from many nations, we were reminded that this is a picture of God’s Kingdom—people from every background coming together to worship the same Savior.

We thank God for this wonderful day in Copenhagen and for the friendships, encouragement, and inspiration that came from it.
